Sunshine Circle Time is AGLI's signature community learning experience for children ages 1–5. Through stories, music, movement, hands-on activities, and joyful play, children build early learning skills while families create meaningful memories together. Every session is designed to spark curiosity, encourage connection, and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
Learning does not only happen at school, at a desk, or in a workbook. Learning happens at home, at the park, at the library, at dinner, during play, and through everyday conversations.

Founded by Johnaisha Welch, AGLI is rooted in years of experience across K–12 education, including special education leadership, instructional design, curriculum development, and behavior support. Those experiences revealed a simple truth: children thrive when families, educators, and communities work together. As today's educational challenges continue to grow, children need support that extends beyond the classroom. AGLI was created to strengthen the connection between home, school, and community by providing meaningful programs, trusted resources, and engaging learning experiences that help every child thrive.
